The hotel is located in a very nice and safe area with a nice view of Caracas, close to many shops, and convenient to everything in Caracas. The rooms didn't have enough amenities with only one roll of toilet paper and one bar of soap, and the beds were not very comfortable. However, the hotel was not ready for my arrival, and there were only two bottles of water in the room for four people.
